Mia Ginaé is a public speaker, writer, award-winning filmmaker, and founder of the event strategy business The Mighty Hostess. She has worked in the video game industry for a decade, starting as a video editor at PlayStation on titles such as Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Death Stranding, and Days Gone. She later moved into creative operations as a program manager at Riot Games, where she spearheaded initatives such as Game Audio Fest, in partnership with the Motion Picture Sound Editors, and supported programs for the creative department, such as teaming up with marketing for Arcane Season 2’s Grammy FYC campaign. Mia was later recognized as one of She Plays Games’ Top 100 Women in Gaming in 2022. A TEDx speaker, Mia has hosted award shows, moderated panels, and spoken at 15+ conferences, including San Diego Comic-Con, DreamCon, and Game Developers Conference.
